We've set up a new page on Pinterest showing lots of ideas for using Colourist Heat Transfer Paints. It illustrates that there are many people out there creating amazing things with transfer paints everyday. Check out the page on www.pinterest/heattransferpaints.
Colourist has the great characteristic of versatility. The end result can vary enormously depending how you apply the paint to paper. The paint can be swirled together with water, pasted on thickly, dabbed wildly and layered, one colour on top of another. If you enjoy drawing in fine lines, are tempted by a bit of a Jackson Pollack splash or feel at home with delicate water colours, all these are available with Colourist paints. Our artists are transferring their work on to all kinds of substrates too - dress fabric, synthetic canvas, ribbon, key rings, umbrellas, Christmas decorations and even old PET Coke bottles. Think big and be creative. The paint will work with you!
Here's a mural design using light lines and bright patches of colour. The studio is closed from Monday 22 June until Monday 6 July. Sorry for any inconvenience caused by this but we will fulfil orders placed during this two weeks, during the week of 6 July. Please bear in mind that if you need Colourist Heat Transfer Paints urgently you can buy the paints from Jackson's Art Supplies and from Fibrecrafts both of which are online.
