Some of you have noticed that we are now calling the range 'Heat Transfer Paints' instead of 'Fabric Transfer Paints'. This is because the paints can be transferred onto lots of surfaces, not just fabric. One of the most successful aspects of Colourist Heat Transfer Paints is that they can be instantly ironed onto hard substrates such as coasters and placemats, door hangers, key rings, tiles and lots of other items. Depending on the item being printed the finish can have a wonderful high gloss, really professional designer feel. The best surface to print onto is always polyester and many people are surprised by what a range of items are available with polyester surfaces. Colourist Heat Transfer Paints are technically 'sublimation' paints. If you Google 'sublimation imprintables' you will find a number of suppliers who sell items which can be successfully printed with Colourist paints. There are all kinds of polyester coated ranges many of them of a high finish and excellent quality. These items are generally aimed at customers doing computer printing but the items can be used with Colourist paints too. From these suppliers your customers can buy a wide variety of items to print. You might even consider stocking a range of printable items alongside the paints.
